This golden ale was brewed, aged and dry hopped with El Dorado and Azacca hops. A triple hopped brett ale with a refreshing funky tartness and a bitter hoppy finish. Barrels: French red wine + 2nd fill bourbon.

500 ml bottle, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 5.8%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, lemons, oak and citric hops. Dry and medium sour flavour, notes of brett, oak and lemons. Nice beer.
