Matty-O crafted this traditional brew substituting the last sap run from local Vermont Maple trees (less than 1% sugar at this point) for water in the different stages of the brewing process. A nice dark amber in color, and lightly hopped, the subtle maple flavor doesn’t hit you until seconds after the beer’s gone down the hatch.
