We thought our "highly quaffable" summer brew would be your favourite new friend for summer 2011. And it proves we were correct. With a touch of wheat and lightly hopped, this golden blond ale made many a perfectly crisp and refreshing summer addition to many a summers day. Light enough to enjoy with any meal, especially salads or fish or as a simple accompaniment to a warm sunny deck, river float or exceptionally poor round of golf!

Stong banana, corn starch and lemon on the nose. Murky pee colour. Taste is lemon, wheat, more fakey lemon, bit of banana. More or less, yuk..... I cannot describe the mouthfeel really as my tounge just curls up at the edges when drank. Really tart. So much lemon everywhere. Also bit of sprite syrup, the kind that comes from a pop gun when the soda water doesnt mix, just slimy and gross.
