Light yellow gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is malty, grainy and grassy. A medium bodied Kolsch. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are crisp and lightly bitter. Nicely balanced. The hops are just crisp enough to balance the malt sweetness. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
