500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy copper-brown coloured IPA with a short one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is intense aromatic hops, fruity, apricots, citrus, pineapples, peaches. The flavour is a complete immersion in the hops, fruity, apricots, citrus, peaches, grapefruits and a late flowery touch, violet. The mouthfeel is light sparkling and hoppy, hoppy, hoppy bitter. This light bodied IPA has a lingering high hoppy bitter finish. May be a one way IPA, but what a beautiful way for a hops lover ! At ( only ) 2.7 % ABV it's a quite amazing moment.
