    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a snifter a clear and copper-amber, with pinky tones, coloured Tripel with a generous one finger light beige and pillowy foamy head that had a no end retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is solid sweety malts, yeast, fruity, grapes, oranges and a well present alcohol. The flavour is powerful sweety malts, yeast, juicy fruits, grapes, oranges, spicy, coriander and a honey touch. The mouthfeel is creamy, sparkling, fizzy and a bit sticky. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied Tripel has a long swwety malts and fruity finish and soon emerging the expected warming effect. Ideal for an evening at the fireside. This Fano Edison Ale is, for me, a beautiful and convincing success. Simply good !
