Falcon Bayerskt är ett halvmörkt underjäst lageröl av hög kvalitet. Ölet är bryggt på rent källvatten och är smakrikare och mer särpräglat än de vanliga ljusa lagerölen. Det har en fyllig smak med mörkmaltskaraktär och behaglig beska. Lite mjukare och sötare i smaken. Ett riktigt gott sällskaps- och matöl. Passar till fest och när man vill unna sig något extra.

    Clear brown with light brown lacing foam head. Aroma is light caramel, taste is similar. Looks more promising than actual taste, but OK for camping beer. (Farkanäs 201307)

    Clean copper colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is almost non-existant, but some weak caramellish malts is noteable. Flavour is slightly nutty, papery and hayish. Some caramel also in the finish, but harsh maltyness dominates the finish. Still it’s quite pleasant.

    (500 ml can, bought in Sweden). The Falcon Bayerskt version with the lowest ABV. Dark golden / amber colour. Malty, refreshing, decent for a beer as low as 2.8%.

    a typical swedish lager - quite bitter aroma with a fresh and lemony edge, the head is crisp yet it fades fast and leaves hardly any laces, the color is bright golden, and the taste is plain bitter with a hint of the same fruit and kick the aroma holds
