Pours rich coffee sable with a thick and rather persistent somewhat fine-bubbled tan head. Aroma delivers roast malt, toasted bread, molasses, cherry and roast coffee tones. Flavor echoes all this and adds a note of sweet chocolate to the mix, while the sourness of the cherry tone comes forth. This is almost like drinking a black forest cake mixed with quality mocha. Firm, fairly viscous mouthfeel presents good fizz, while finish highlights cherries and chocolate. Have one - or better yet, share one - for dessert. Pretty please!
