Imperial Stout brewed with Molasses and with Pecan Extract added A few times in the history of craft beer a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, molasses, pecan extract and obviously only made in limited amounts. Flavor delivers roast malt, nutty, chocolate, molasses, coffee and earthy tones for a damned delicious stout. Texture provides firm, viscous body and lively fizz. A perfect way to round out Thanksgiving - and prepare for the Christmas/Yule/Solstice/Festivus insanity to come.
