For these sours we brewed one base beer doing a 2 day kettle sour. From this base beer we aged part of the batch on raspberries, part on a blueberry/strawberry mix and part left just as is with a light Citra dry hop. The result is 3 very different beer from the same base.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Bottle. Colour - very hazy golden amber colour, head is odd-white and very thin, and lacing is minimal. Aroma - funky yeast, weak citrusy hops, and a ton of tart raspberry. The label mentions other berries but on the raspberries cut through. Mouthfeel - thin bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - very tart fruit notes and a lot of funk. Maybe a bit too sour for my palate.
