Pours a lovely golden with a fairly thick and fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma is not strong, but the malt invites a sip. Happily, the flavor is considerably better than what the aroma promises, malty and hoppy and just a tad bitter. Smooth, firm texture has a good fizz to it. As far as kolsches go, danged good.
