Written IPA on front label. Pours a hazy orange colour with golden highlights. The head is big, creamy, off-white, long lasting with some foamy lace. Beautiful choice of hops with the Citra and Cascade giving this some grassy freshness with tropical fruit aromas. Caramel to start with in the taste, with some herbal bitterness in the middle and nice dryness in the finish. An old-school IPA when hops were not bombarding the malts. Pretty nice!

Picked up at the brewery. Comes in an old school stubby. Pours an average size frothy off-white head but doesn't stay very long, leaving very little foam. Has a murky amber appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas are very fruity, strong citrus and tropical fruits. Mango at the forefront. Flavours are equally fruity. Again, lots of tropical fruit notes, some oranges and sour hints from lemon. A bit piney and earthy. Has quite a lot of bitterness on the palate, and for high abv, actually a bit noticeable. Not offensive though. Average carbonation. Tangy and slick mouthfeel. Pretty good.
