500ml bottle from the brewpub. Pours a nice big frothy off-white head and has an amber coppery appearance. Lots of sticky dirty lacing. Lively carbonation. Great retention. Aromas of toasted and bready malts, subtle maple notes. Flavours are sweet malts, caramel, toasty. Maple flavour is somewhat faint, shows up much more in the finish, not quite immediate. Slick and slight drying mouthfeel.
