Vår tjeckiska pilsner är gjord med stor respekt för traditionen och är bryggd på pilsnermalt och ljus karamellmalt. Vi har använt Hallertauer Tradition humle för beska och smak och generösa givor av Saaz som armohumle. Vi har jäst ölet med en traditionell tjeckisk jäst som ger ölet en mjuk maltighet och en behaglig restsötma som balanserar de generösa humlegivorna. Den tjeckiska jästen bidrar även med diacetyl som ger en ton av smörkola i smak och doft. Ölet har en styrka på 5.2 ABV och beskan är 38 BU.

    Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild glueish notes, grainy as well as mild spicy and yeasty. Flavour is grainy, mild glueish notes, some mild alcoholic sweetness.

    Pours out in a hazy dark golden colour with a small white head. Minerals, butterscotch, grass and cookies in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of dough and minerals. Medium-bitter finish of grass and minerals with undertones of butterscotch and a lactic sourness.
