Paddy’s Coco Cream takes our long boil base stout and adds rich Irish cream and cacao nibs. Pouring luscious and decadent with a generous foam cap, we get aromas of Ice Cream Parlor chocolate malt shake and sweet cream followed by flavors of liquid chocolate cake laced with Baileys cream liqueur, Mudslides, and Kahlúa. Pours coffee sable with minimum tan head. Aroma supplies roast malt, sweet cream, chocolate. Flavor presents roast malt, sweet cream, chocolate and - peppermint? Texture adds good body & lively fizz. If you can't have Irish coffee, have a crater of this.
