Today is Easter, and a beer with Baptsist in the name seemed kind of appropriate for a Christian holiday, so why not? And what a beer! Who needs to celebrate for one of these? Super smooth for a strong beer. Nearly black, nice brown foam. Delicious chocolate aroma and flavor with the vanilla, cinnamon and pecans. A complex sweetness from beginning to end. Too bad I'll probably never find it again.
