Pours translucent mahogany with a thin but decent light tan head. Aroma delivers caramel, toasted malt and toffee notes. Flavor presents chocolaty, caramel, toasted malt and toffee components. Mouthfeel is fairly firm and fizzy. Sack the nut!

I wasn't feeling this too much. Maybe was too heavy on the malt, or needed more hops to balance. A darker medium brown appearance with aroma of hazelnut and caramel. Flavor is about the same, with some yeast on the back end. Decent beer, but a forgettable imperial brown.
