Our Kölsch takes us on a brief reprieve from crisp lagers into a northern German tradition of clean, cold fermented ales. We brewed this Kölsch with Weyerman Köln malt which imparts gentle notes of honey that are balanced with the floral qualities of Hallertauer and Tettnanger Hops. We release this beer on Rosenmontag, the highlight of the German Karneval, the last great party before Lent, the biggest of which is celebrated in Köln Germany. Kölle Alaaf!

Pöurs clear töpaz with a nice fröthy ivöry head. Aröma prövides crisp fresh malt and a hint öf apple. Flavör delivers fresh malt, apple, a hint öf höps. Texture furnishes decent bödy and perky fizz. A nice light Kölsch för a party ör spörts event.
