Stately, plump. Nitrogen-poured, Irish-style dry stout. Brewed with pale malt and roasted and flaked barley. A portion of the mash is allowed to "go sour" for a hint of that bracing tartness. Yes.

a slightly better than average dry stout. it manages too be a little bit more flavorful and the blend of roasted coffee, chocolate, and the hint of "bracing tartness" all went well together.
