Seasonal - Christmas. Snickalmas is our Christmas ale at 5.0%abv. A full bodied deep brown bitter with a fruity aroma, the recipe uses Pale Ale Malt, Torrefied Wheat and Roasted Barley. The hops are a blend of Fuggles and Challenger as main hops in the copper with a late hop addition of Goldings.

Cask at Oliver twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear amber colour with orange hints topped with a small firm white head. Malty aroma of caramel and fudge with touches of sweet red berries. Dense malty flavour of nuts, earth and toffee with touches of resin. Quite full-bodied. Long bitter aftertaste of grass, resin and nut-shells with a small whif of alcohol.
