This innovative ale, burnished chestnut in color, contains the malt characteristics of an ESB without the typical bitterness. Lighter carbonation highlights the oak-aged flavor and its enduring tones of toasted vanilla and spice.

Nice bottle presentation (no labeling at all on the 750, but paper wrapped). Nice light chestnut color, but we all take issue with the "lighter carbonation" claim in the description. Not this bottle. Tons of head and a prickly feel, which did not work for this beer. Malty, with a vanilla oak flavor, maybe a hint of dyacetl (spelling?). Not a favorite, and I'm guessing the 750 ain;t cheap.
