2D er ein villgjæra og tørr Pet-nat sider. Navnet kjem av dei to franske dronningane ein kan finne i sideren; Reine de Prés (mjødurt) og Reine Claude d'Oullins (gulplomme). Alt hausta på Eiane Gard. 750 ml dark brown bottle, vintage 2023, from the cidery. ABV is 6%. Golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, yellow plums and meadowsweet. Dry flavour of meadowsweet and apples, hints of yellow plums in the background.
