Cask@Wenlock Arms. Rubyish amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is dark fruits, yeast and some hops. Flavour is very much the same along with slight hints off coffee.

Cask at the Ipswich Beer Festival 2004, gravity dispense. Dark mild. Aroma of prunes, hints of cigarbox. Well rounded flavour, lightly roasted, hints of liquorice. Nice.
