Kind of surprising after a mediocre aroma. Full bodied and full flavored. Sweet orange in the aroma and flavor. Aspicy yeast character is also in the flavor Not in the nose. A little bubble gum and clove too.

    Sampler at Dust Bowl -

A nice example of a Belgian tripel with an emphasis on the yeast. An aroma of light bubblegum, fruity esters, light corriander and yeast. The flavor is nearly identical to the aroma with big fruity flavors, pear and honey with the bubblegum also showing up. At 9%, the alcohol does make an appearance but it's in a supporting role. Medium carbonation rounds out the flavors nicely. Finishes on a crisp note with just a touch of booze.
