I wanted to try to post more details on this limited release from Due South. In a warehouse on a warm tropical afternoon. What could be more refreshing? A bold amber colored beer with a big, foamy textured, very light beige colored head. There’s a good hang time on the head. Settles eventually into a low luting film and moderate ringlet. The nose is a muted malt. The tasting is a brillant dance of grassy hops, caramel malt and nuttiness. Medium bodied and very sessionable.
