My second new beer from Palm Beach County's very own brewery. Pours a mahogany color with a big frothy textured white-beige head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet and persistent cap are left. The total profile in both nose and on the tongue is smoky roastiness with some burnt molasses. Moderate, slick on the tongue.
