Quand elle prend le temps de vieillir en fût des vieux pays, notre triple revêt son tricot des grands jours : fine acidité, moelleux atypique, le tout bouclé par un élégant fruité d’atocas et de petits fruits.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
500ml bottle that pours a fairly clean, golden colour with very vivid, tiny carbonation looking like Champagne. The head is creamyish, fluffy, long lasting and leaving a full creamy lacing. White wine, grape aromas with a touch of funk and oak-vanilla. The mouthfeel is drying, and keeps building nicely - like a good wine.. Gets hazy as it pours and light wood lingers.. The Tripel base shows up more in the taste with the mild yeast and spiciness. The vinous notes blend very well with the hops. This is quite a nice Belgian-style brew with the oaky Chardonnay touch.
