Drove back from St-Felicien to see the microbrewery on a trip up there... and they were closed (even though Google said open). First brew from them, as picked up in a Tadoussac store a few days later. Luckily, a Tripel ! Hazy golden, big creamy off-white cap, great retention and lacing. Nice spicy aromas over the yeast. The taste is full of spices as well with a nice bitterness. A little dry, a little hoppy making this a nice all-around Tripel. A better start :P
