Poured a hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of cocoa, nuts, dried fruits, and light caramel malts. Taste of more nuts, and light spices, dry, earthy yeast, dark fruits, with more caramel and light roast.

On tap at brewery. This Belgian ale pours a medium gold color. Small sized white creamy foamy head. Aroma is malt, yeast, bananas and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian Style Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, touch of banana. Lots of fruity esters, with a nice solid malt backbone. Nice bright yeasts. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.
