It is bitter hopped with imported Styrian Golding hops to achieve 25 IBU's. Imported Saaz hops, along wiht 4 lbs. of Coriander, were added at the end of the boil to imbue a flowery and spicy aroma. It was them fermented using a unique Belgian Abbey yeast strain at 72º F to impart some estery overtones. We sincerely hope that you enjoy this unique beer, our 1000th brew! Orange gold color. Small head. Aroma is orange and fruity. A medium bodied Belgian ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, orange and apricots. Yeastiness is very subdued. Soft carbonation. Smooth and flavorful, but the flavors seem toned down to a very mild level. Slightly sweet finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Bottle # 142 of 375.

This belgian ale pours with an orangeish amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet, malty and spicy wtih a slight citrus note. The flavor is sweet and fruity with a very slight spiciness and a touch of yeast. Medium to full bodied and smooth with a slight dryness.
