A lightly dry hopped Pilsner. This beer showcases the perfect malt aroma and body from Barke Pilsner Malts. Clean and crisp with just the right amount of bitterness to keep you coming back. Fermented cold and lagered appropriately. Piva is a love letter to the old world Pilsners of our ancestors. APPEARANCE: Brilliant white head with good retention. Bright, golden and clear body. AROMA: Slight floral notes from noble dry hopping, accompanied by bready malt character. TASTE: Where this beer shines, begins with slight bitterness from Hallertau hops. Leading to a sweet balance from Barke Pilsner Malts and clean fermentation from Isar lager yeast. Finishing dry with slight lingering bitterness. MOUTHFEEL: Tight and crisp carbonation, yet smooth and refreshing due to proper lagering.
