Little John is brewed in the manner made famous by the cloistered monks of the great monastery breweries of Belgium. We chose a different yeast than our house variety to accentuate the fruity, winey, estery notes that are signatures of the style. Designed for “sustenance, nutrition and guidance”…so sayeth our exalted brewmaster on high… Brewed with organic Pilsner malt, imported crystal and dark malts, and Brewers Gold hops.
