The cider’s appearance is similar to yellow tinged carbonated water with no head and heavy effervescence. The aroma is light apples, yeast, and grains. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light apples, and a hint of alcohol. Quite enjoyable and not bone dry!
