Here GOSE Nothin'' ABV: 5.2% IBU: 12 Color SRM: 06 First Brewed: 12-2013 Our Leipzig-Style Gose undergoes a spontaneous fermentation, similar to Belgian-style Gueuze/Lambic beers, and exhibits a complexity of acidic flavor and aroma contributed by wild yeast lactic fermentation. Lemon, lime and other citrus-like qualities are present in aroma and on the palate, which is balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from added sea salt.

Pale gold color with a big fizzy head. Lots of tartness in this beer. Fruity and salty as well. Medium-light body with a puckering finish. Acidic and citrus. This was a unique beer for sure.

Pours a dull, pale amber color with an eggshell color head. Bubbles galore. Sour, salty and light wheat and yeast on the nose. Mouth puckering salty tart taste. Starts salty and sour, with a funky, earthiness in the middle and ending with very dry, tart finish. A new style for me. It's certainly "different" in a good way. Not a style I will drink often, but it's a nice change of pace from my usual styles. Hard to rank with nothing to compare it to.

12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy copper gold with a fizzy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin collar.
The aroma is sweet wheaty malts, some tart fruit and salt.
The flavor is sweet wheaty malt leading to very tart and lactic sour fruit with a touch of salt in the finish. The mouthfeel is a bit thin an watery.
Overall, interesting beer. I get a lot more tart sourness than salt or coriander.
