Light cloudy golden yellow pour, ample bubbly white head, nice lacing. Sour and tart right up front in the nose and palate, nice so, like a Sweet-Tart, some honey, nice malt presence, some oakiness, hint of the Bourbon, more sour and tart and funkiness. Really nice first effort on a Sour from Depot Street, brewing a very drinkable, plenty sour ale. Glad I got a few pints.
