le cidre tranquille La fabrication du cidre tranquille consiste en deux opérations : 1) Les pommes sont mises dans un pressoir mécanique pour en retirer le moût. 2) Le jus de pommes est mis en cuve ou tonneau de chêne pour la fermentation durant une période d'environ 4 mois. Les levures naturelles transforment en alcool le sucre du jus de pommes. Translation: a still cider Still cider is made using a two-step process: 1) The apples are placed into a mechanical press to extract the must. 2) The must is then placed into vats or oak barrels to ferment for approximately 4 months. The natural yeast in the must changes the sugar into alcohol.
