une blonde. Mais une vraie! L'Astroblonde, notre bière principale, est une véritable Pils de la famille des "Pils allemandes". Contrairement au type Pils tchèque qui est plus malteux et plus foncé en couleur, les allemandes sont plus raffinées et d'habitude plus fraîches et plus houblonnées. Avec notre Astroblonde-Pils, nous voulons réintroduire un style de bière à Paris qui y n'existe presque plus (nous voulons dire des "vraies" Pils), mais qui était très populaire ici dans les années 1900 à 1920. Amère, mais pas trop, nous l'avons adaptée au goût parisien. Par conséquent, nous utilisons un taux élevé de malts spéciaux qui équilibrent parfaitement l'amertume des différents houblons.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear amber-orange coloured Pils with a generous two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is faint sweety malts, hay and nothing more. The flavour is a quite unpleasant sweety juice, grainy, some cooked vegetables and a faint hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite thin. This light to medium bodied Pils has a dry malty finish. A perfect designed beerlabel is not the main component in a beer.
