Much like the advances in medicine, brewing technology and techniques have made new and exciting modern styles like the Blonde Ale which was created for craft breweries who wanted to avoid extensive refrigeration time and space. We threw in a bunch of new world hops to create a unique flavour profile both on the nose and the tongue. We believe we’ve created an exceptional elixir with a cure for thirst with no side effects and no prescription required! Pairs well with sharp cheeses, pork and game meats, roasted vegetables and simple desserts.
