What does it mean to be a Dallas Blonde? Sounds like a loaded question. So load it up did, with citrusy and floral American hops, Pale, Vienna and Wheat malts. Yielding a delicately balanced, and shimmering golden ale. To us, it just goes down easy.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thin eggshell head, typical but serviceable. Aroma presents fruity and fresh malt notes plus a hint of honey. Flavor offers more fruit and adds woody, slightly bitter hops to the mix. Mouthfeel presents firm body and good fizz. Get your blonde on - it ain’t dumb!

The beer pours an orange color with a white head. Aromas of biscuit malts and a hint of grass. I also get a bit of orange citrus, but it is faint. The flavor is a bit different. The toffee and biscuit malt notes add some nice sweet character, which is complimented by the orange and grass notes from the hops. There is also an earthy character in the flavor which is quite nice. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
