We’ve been having a lot of fun here at the brewery re-creating classic styles and a German Pils was the first style that popped into our heads. We all enjoy drinking hop forward beers but we also enjoy our German Lagers as well. Now that we are able to meet our production demands with our other flagship beers we decided we can have some fun.

Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick and frothy, if not long-lasting, porcelain head. Shy aroma offers fresh malt and a snip of fruit. Bolder flavor presents crisp fresh malt and a little pomme. Texture features OK body and fizz. Not spectacular, but should take the edge off a sweltering day - and what with global warming, we are going to have more of those!
