Dagan, a celtic god, had power on air, fire, water and earth when its people shined over Europe. This celtic cider reminds past times when the celtic people used to drink a mysterious concoction of apples, probably the ancestor of cider.

A golden appearance with a small head. The aroma is apples believe it or not with a hint of spices. This one certainly isn’t bursting with flavor. A small amount of apple flavors mixed in with some table sugar. A hint of sourness in the aftertaste. Overall this is an ok drink and certainly refreshing but far from complex.
