First we created our take on a Belgian Dubbel base and finished it with a load of Mosaic hops! The apricot and pear notes from the Mosaic blends nicely with the dark fruit flavors from Belgian candi syrup.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pours hazy, translucent caramel with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma delivers zesty tropical and pomme fruit, caramel, and toasted malt notes. Flavor features tangy fruit, caramel, toasted malt, and a little resiny hops. Mouthfeel offers fair body and peppy fizz. Burningtown the house!
