Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
750ml bottle, batch 1-11/11, bottle 275/838. Pours a hazy dark gold with a huge creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is bretty, slightly soured hops...pretty sweet. There's some sweet fruit and floral notes as well.
The flavor is bready malts and a little yeasty banana with some fruit and brett and a good dose of floral hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, a very interesting beer. One of the better hoppy Belgian ales I've had. I normally don't care for the mix of Belgian yeast and hops, but this has a nice twang to it (from Brett?).
