The beer pours a heavily hazed medium gold with a snow white head that quickly disappears and leaves absolutely no lacing. The aroma is light grassy malt, tart fruit, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is primarily tart fruit notes with some grassy malt notes. Not a lot of bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a frothy, kind of creamy, white head that stays quite a while for a sour, leaving some foamy patches on the glass. Passion fruit aromas with papaya hints and the rest of tropical fruits. Light sourness and citrus notes. The taste shows a little more puckering, sourness. The fruit is not overpowering and a grainy-yeast tart feel lingers. Not a bad fruity American Sour.
