Clear brown colour with a huge fluffy head. Fruity aroma of raisin, pear, flowers with touches of nuts and milkchocolate. Nutty and chocolately flavour with touches of dark fruit and licorice. Short aftertaste with a low bitterness of nuts and milk chocolate

Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Dark brown with a creamy white head. Some dark fruit and malt in the aroma. Roasted malts and some chocolate in the taste with a light bitterness. Nice creamy and full mouthfeel. Very good.
