A Kolsch is a German golden ale from the Koln (or Cologne) region. This is our lightest and easiest drinking beer among our initial offerings. It has a rich golden color, smooth malt character, and almost sweet aroma. It has a lighter hop profile than many of our beers, and is a great beer for almost any occasion. We are just two blocks from our own New Hampshire State Capitol building and its newly shined golden dome.
