Come Hell or High Water we’re going after this barley wine brewed with honey, simcoe, chinook hops and kveik! We added a twist to the bitterness of the barleywine. The honey offers a smooth mouthfeel and a sweet aftertaste.

Lot of dough in the nose, some citrus, red raspberry. Cloudy dark honey body with solid off white head leaves a good skim coat and a bit of lace. Nice mouth slippery, full, a bit creamy, nice tingle. Alcohol is present and warming, nicely sweet with the honey without being cloying. Hops are herbal. This cleans up well in the end leaving the mouth slightly sweet and a bit coated with a little bitter in the back of the roof and a gentle booze burn. This tastes way too good and goes down way too easy!
