Grasshop-ah is an ode to the botanical neighbors and flavors of our favorite grasses and flowers. We've married our cider with hops(flowers) and lemongrass (uh .. grass)apples grow in areas that are also conducive to hop cultivation and lemon grass seems to grow anywhere. While this may be heretical to cider purists we know plenty of folks who love the aroma of hops and think the background of cider makes perfect sense. The lemongrass think is a nice fusion of citrus that seems to work. At least we think so. We hop you like it too.

It pours a light golden with some bubbles .. no head and no lacing. An aroma of white wine, golden apples, faint hops, lemon, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and somewhat rich. Flavors of white wine, golden tarty apples, faint hops, lemons, and light spiciness. It's good, but not worth the cost. Not big on ciders ..
