Our award winning 2015 Vintage Ale celebrates the short time each year where brewers are graced with the opportunity to brew with freshly harvested hops. The beer is npacked with local hops from Bighead Hops in Meaford, harvested only houres before the brew. A generous addition of wildflower honey from the Beaver Valley rounds out this brew.

Pours a huge frothy off-white head and has a slightly hazy golden amber appearance. Quite excessive carbonation. Aromas of light roasted malts, toasty and bready notes. Flavours are bready malts, hints of caramel and toffee. Some earthy and herbal hops. Also some very subtle hints of honey in the finish. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness.

Celebrating review 2800 with this 2015 Vintage brew. Pours a clean golden colour with a light amber hue. The frothy head lasts quite long, warm coloured and gives nice creamy-foamy lacing. Taste of fruity malts with some sharp dry hops, alcohol and even some hints of vanilla. Aromas are also fruity with some orange notes. Not a bad strong ale with some decent grass and warming for winter.

The beer pours a cloudy golden orange with a thin tan coloured cap for a head. The aroma is grains, floral hops, weak peppery spices, and yeasr. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is earthy hops, grains, yeast, and spice. Not bad, but not something I'll keep runnung back for.
