Summer has finally arrived and so has our Raspberry Blonde! We started with a light, Belgian-style blonde ale, brewed with Canadian wheat and barley malt. Once fermentation was almost complete we added 380Ibs of raspberries. Pouring a hazy-pink, this beer is dominated by the aroma of ripe-raspberry, with tropical fruit in the background from a classic Belgian yeast strain. This light, thirst quenching ale finishes dry and tart, at just 4.9% ABV.
